This house is a mix of modern and colonial style.
Even though it seems everything is white, a contrast was made between the different finishes like for example, flat ceilings, walls made from eggshell, molding was satin finish. All of this was designed to highlight the doors and windows painted in black.
In the kitchen and living room we made sure the environment had a warm-cozy touch in all the finishes. The wood beams do just that.
One of our challenges during the project was that the floors were installed at the very beginning so they had to be protected and we had extreme caution to avoid damaging them.
Another special touch we added were the finishes for the doors and the built-ins which were done in spray paint. This gave a better all around finish to the whole house.
One of the bathrooms has a high gloss finish paint in dark blue. As always, intense preparations had to be made to do this and it required 7 coats of paint to achieve the finish we wanted. Any mark or mistake in this type of finishes comes up but we are very proud that we achieved a perfect look.
The railings and banisters were matched to the exact color of the floor, which was pre-finished.
All around the project, we were always on the lookout for the slightest imperfection in the finishes and gladly we were able to leave an outstanding job.

Ranging from powerwashing, staining and painting we can paint in fiber-glass, plastic/pvc, concrete or any other material.
We have the appropiate materials to work on each of those surfaces so you can rest assured the job will be done and it will last for many years.

This aspect means everything to us since a happy client and a quality job go hand in hand.
For example, we review our work 3 times to spot any imperfections.
Our work process is very methodical and organized so that we can deliver excellent jobs.
Ecology
We take measures like minimizing waste by accurately estimating the quantity of paint we need.
And we use paints, coating, painting accessories, and techniques that are the most enviromentally friendly in the industry.
Safety
This is our main concern during all the work process. We are fully insured and our personnel is instructed on safety techniques as well as basic-first aid.
We pay special attention to make sure all personnel in the workspace use proper equipment and follow procedures.
